Lever is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation. We rely on grants and philanthropic support to help us serve entrepreneurs and strengthen our regional ecosystem. All contributions to Lever are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our support comes from a mix of individual donors, grants, corporate donors, and foundations. We strive continuously to diversify our funding sources.
Lever’s investment funds operate from its for-profit subsidiary, SoBeNoBe, LLC. SoBeNoBe receives carried interest from Lever investment funds to be used, in part, to support Lever operations.
